adding stuff?

Question for those who already have the game: can you actually add stuff with the editor? I've seen over almost dozen screenshots of the editor already but so far haven't seen anything along the lines of adding new units/wonders/civs/etc. I sure hope you can add new stuff and not just edit/replace existing things...

Well, from what I've seen we can't but there might be extra units as in civ2. but no add buttons have been seen except for governments.

So if I want to make a new civ I'll have to remove one of the existing ones?
