How to access the editor on the newly released 2k civ 3?

Sid recently started manuafacturing only the games with the 1.29 patch( what a bummer!) This means you can no longer trade cities for resources and cash. So I'm still looking for the archive version. However, there must be some kind of editor in this new version, I've done everything to try too find out but still no luck(maybe he's releasing these new versions without an editor mistakingly!!). So if he's not please help me out. I appreciate it!!!

its there you just need to look

try this path if you haven't renamed any of the default options/folders during or after installation

START>(ALL) PROGRAMS>FIRAXIS GAMES>CIVILIZATION III COMPLETE>CONQUESTS EDITOR>CIV3CONQUESTSEDIT
