Pollution Resolution

In the manual and other materials, the Shift C command is to be used to have a worker clean up pollution in a city. This command has no affect on my worker. Right clicking on the worker does not offer this command, and neither do the icons at the bottom of the screen offer the option for the worker.

I think I have the latest patch for CIV III - 127?

It works for me, but I am using C3C. I doubt it was changed though.
