Vista associated problem 2-4-2007

I have Vista now installed and in regards to CIVIII I got an email turn and went to save it but no "SAVE" folder and it wouldn't allow me to create one?

So I uninstalled and reinstalled and same issues?

I tried single player and created a save but to no avail on PBEM

I am now open for suggestions................
