I recently ran into a copy of civ 3 complete edition for pc and I have been trying to install it on more then one computer so my friend and I could enjoy lan play. I can't seem to find anyway I could possibly get him playing lan with me at my house without us having to go out and buy another copy of the game. Is there anyway to avoid this pm me or message me if you have any information or advice. Thanks

Start the game on pc1 with the disc in the drive, when the game is running, remove the disc from the drive and give it to your friend who'll start it on the 2nd pc.
