Are people consistently beating it on Deity?

It has been long time since I played Civ III. I had beaten a couple of games on Emperor and then stopped playing.

I want to know has Civ III AI been deconstructed in the same way Civ II AI had been. Do people beat Civ III consistently and easily on Deity?

Not as easy as it was in II. I probably only played 10 full games at deity, but scores at sid.

So if you mena take any random start and win easy, probably not. If you mean fight through some hard spots, yes.

The main thing is to understand that you will expect to win, in the end as the AI cannot fight well.

If you want to play peacefully, it mzkes it tougher IMO.
