The regular issue in the US did not have one, maybe a special edition, like in Civ4.

My UK version didn't - which i think is the regular.

Nope, when it first came out it didn't. Unless there was a fancy edition which had it in. They had an appendix at the back of the instruction manual which has all the info on units and whatnot, so looky there (unless you misplaced that one too).
