Load errors

I just got civ3 complete. When I try to start to New game
I get a " load error, File not found, art\terrain\volcanos forest.pcx ". I have reload twice with sam results.
I'm running windows ME on a 1.3 gig pentium 4 with 128 meg of memory.
I went to the directory and there is no file there that I can find. so if that is the problem where can I find it. This all very frustrating.
Thanks for any help. I would really like to play.

Have you tried re-installing?

I have reinstalled the game twice with same results.
