  • Pros and Cons of Accelerated Production?

This has been brought up on my own scenario's thread, and I was just wondering how the rest of Apolyton thought of Accelerated Production?

What are some of the pros and cons of Accelerated Production? What are the biggest reasons to keep it in the scenario and what are the biggest reasons to keep it out of the scenario?

Keep in mind my scenario is set in the Industrial Age (just at the beginning of) so that may effect your opinion. Thanks for the input!

AP is just something about time. I've heard the AI, especially on higher levels, pump out units like crazy in AP, but this may be just superstition. You can choose AP when you are not patient enough to wait more turns until your units are complete, but it is just that. I used to play a lot with AP, but it really only makes epic games shorter. Now I play with normal production speed.
