This must have been done before.
I am looking to create a senerio where all six human players are the same civ.
I have figured out that I need to create six identical civs with different names based on the original civ.
I went into the editor, and went to the civiliztion tab in the rules editor. I created 2 duplicate civs and allowed only those three to be selected by the human players. (Yes I saved after the changes.)
Then when I started up the game, and selected my scenerio the human could only choose the original civ and random. I went back to the editor and my duplicate civs were gone. What happened? Have I exceeded a max civ limit or something? Do I need to delete un-needed civs from that scenerio's list?
Thanks in advance!
