Rise & Rule: World Map?

Is there a way to play the Rise and Rule mod on a world map? Thanks.

Download a world map and put it into the scenario folder. Then import everything (except for the map) from the Rise and Rule BIQ file. You will also need to adjust the scenario search path and maybe redistribute starting locations and resources.
