It appears that everytime i start civ 3 the refresh rate changes. I know it changes the resolution (although my settings are set for the default civ 3 res). Does it change the refresh rate to? My monitor can only handle 60mhz and when I start civ 3 it looks like the refresh rate has changed (sort of like the horizontal or vertical was turned up really high on an old TV) Is there a way to change that or is it not the refresh rate? (it does paly the movie in the begining fine but goes back to that crap at the menu screen) Thanks for any help I might get!
