at wits end with c3mt

runtime error '53' when opening save game editor
runtime error '364' when opening map convertor or civilopedia editor
runtime error '9' when opening unit creation wizard

civ3multi-tool sort of works
diplomacy editor works

each time I open the the various tools, this is the window:

c3mt 1.11.4 is ready for download
go to apolyton cs forums for download

new in v.1.11.4 bugfix released and some more info added.

well did it once for the small install and once more for the full install, and yes, I did the whole uninstall and reinstal the third time I tried. Runtime environment gtk is still installed just in case I may want to try to install it the fourth time. However, c3mt will remain uninstalled until something can be done with the bug within the program.
As a rule, its 3 strikes your out, but perhaps I can hope for ball 4

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated, as I need all the help I can get with my first c3 mod/scenario.
