Come with a CD-KEY? I can't check by installing because I owned the game once before and the info might still be in my registry... So... Does it, it's not in my manual in the front or back... and there really isn't any 'cd-case' prese.

nope. no cd key required.
at least i didn't need one and i just did a fresh install a few days ago. just whack in the cd's and you're good to go.
if you're worried about messing up the previous install, try using a copy of norton's ghost. you can save a full image of your hard drive and then restore it later if things don't work out.I don't know what I am - Pekka -
installl, load and play away
oh yeah and grab the latest patch
