  • Mod- No set Map?

How do you create a mod that is just a mod- NO MAP. Like you can load the mod and then generate a random map or something but use all the same rules? Is there some way of doing this or checking it as an option?
    Thanks alot for the help.

Just alter the main game file, but you must back it up if you want to go back to normal

It depends on what version you have of the editor, But you should be able to create scenarios with custom rules only. They will have random maps. You should not alter the default rules file.

First copy either the default mod or with plague mod (depending upon if you want plague) then edit away. Don't click on the map.

Or if you want AU Mod 1.07 as your base, download that, and copy, then edit away.

Note in any case that you may need to copy the .txt file into a designated directory and edit that one as well for the users to know all the changes.

        1. Changing anything about an actual government.
        2. Use of ignores MP of XXX terraign
        3. Polution / Happiness / Unhappiness of any improvement / wonder
