    Haven't tried it, but it looks damn impressive.

            Interesting effort, and thanks for the link SG. I'm sorry to say that the concept doesn't attract me at all. 100 city improvements, 14 specialist types etc..!?
            It's probably a very personal choice, but I'll stick to the stock rules over this crazy mod.

              I have no doubt that it's a well made mod, but adding that kind of detail to games would just make them take even longer. I can barely stay interested enough to finish as it is

                I don't find RaR games take any longer than stock games. Personnally, I prefer having real strategic decisions to make.
