Truthfully, I'm tired of looking at Abraham Lincoln and think I should have the option of choosing different Presidents as my Civ Leaders. Are there any mods that change your leader to George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, heck, how about Bill Clinton or George W. Bush ?

Yes some have created new leader heads for some of the civs, but They are probably a year or more old. This will make them hard to find.Comment

Try www.gidustin.net - there's a ton of new leaderheads there by creators such as R8XFT and Civ Army s 1994. Rita Poon did an excellent version of Ronald Reagon, if you're looking to replace Abraham Lincoln

although... It may be more appropiate for this game. As you may have to invade countries for their oil.
