  • forboding to build

dear apolyton, a civ1 veteran, civ3 newbie (cue chorus: hello newbie)
used MGL (i read the posts a lot, have a fair knowledge of the abbrevs) to build a forbidden palace and all of the sudden some of my cities go haywire with corruption, while others get a modest improvement. i play c3c, unpatched (no time, damnit) i play earth, macedonians (renamed egyptians), capital is somewhere in ethiopia, core streches down a fertile valley on the east coast of the continent, but also grabs a town or two on the nile. i hold entire africa, but would like to place second core either in egypt or in safrica, but any suggestion would do.
pls point out to a thread for FP placement
I assure you Mr. Ambassador, we're not building a Doom's Day Machine

Patch it immediately. The FP is bugged in unpatched C3C. IT does the exact opposite of what it's supposed to, as you've noticed.
