Best PTW MOD?

I'd like to know what is the best, complete mod for play the world ever made by fans? It may be old, but I'd just like to play it.

Actually, you probably want this thread for the latest PtW version of the Apolyton Univesity Mod. (The original thead got too long, so we started a second.) The version in the thread Theseus pointed to seems to be only one version older than the final PtW version, though.

new techs
new units ( with icons and animations )
new govs
etc
