My biggest reservation about Seafaring is that because it's biased in favor of coastal starts, the capital has less chance of being reasonably well centered.

Agricultural is very definitely my favorite trait, but I don't have especially strong feelings among the others now that Industrious isn't as powerful in C3C. (I'm not voting yet, because I want to reserve the ability to vote for additional traits if I make up my mind.)
