A colony still requires a road to some city on that landmass with a Harbor.

AI: I sure wish Jon would hurry up and complete his turn, he's been at it for over 1,200,000 milliseconds now.

Sometimes it´s a pain in the ass, but watching the city flipping to your culture and then being abandoned, leaving the ruins of the city on your landscape, adds more realism to me
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

The divided Berlin was two cities, you know. Very much ICS spacing, but cities nonetheless.

Berlin was, at times, divided into at least four parts. (French, English, Russian and German). That's ICS, proper
