  • What is flavor?

I have no idea what flavor is in the editor. How does it effect the extra units, wonders, governments, ect? Please give an example.

I forget the exact verbage, but it basically is a means of having a civ prefer one thing over another. IOW you can use it to guide a civ to research a tech they may others have delayed.

Look at the AU mod. IIRC alexman used flavor for research choices.

It is used in the Conquest scenarios that have civ specific tech trees lines of reseach. The Middle Ages one has Islamic, Bzyantine and Norse tech trees lines along with the regular tech tree. The flavor is used to direct the AI civs to researching their specific tech tree line. The Age of Discovery also has the multiple tech tree lines.

OR they will just forget about it
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.
