Dumb problem

I had to reinstall Civ 3 after a system crash. I used to have a lot of extra content including "Skull Island" and a lot of cool maps, mods etc. I don't remember where I got them. I know that I didn't download them one at a time, maybe in a mod pack or something. I remember it had a cool graphics mod "watercolor".
How do I get this content back?

I can't speak to Skull Island, but the watercolor came with the free disc when you got C3C.

It can be download on the cration forum. It could have been moved to Files.
