C3C 1.22 update problems

Hi,
I have updated my Civ3Conquests with the latest patch. Some of the stuff was suddenly in German, so I reinstalled it and downloaded the right patch. Before and now, I had file errors with the Shogun, WW2 among others. Opening the WW2 scenario I got

error reading file:
missing entry: "text"\PediaIcons.txt":ICON_BLDG_Naval_Academy

Opening the Shogun scenario I got

error reading file:
missing entry: "text"\PediaIcons.txt": ICON_BLDG_Geisha


so... what´s wrong?
