You are kidding right? I mean it doubles food,shields and commerce. You crank out settlers so fast it is hard to figure out where to send them, since you can have so many already out. -
Make sure to hit the capitol with three nukes. It should eliminate all conections to the other capitols (roads, harbors, airports). Do not capture the capitol until its the last city remaining, or until you are sure the trade connections have been broken.Originally posted by shadow_fighter
