    It's only for fun!!

I'm looking for people to organize a PBEM game but i need advice because i have not played a PBEM game before and time is now.

The reason is that i'm going to be busy next few months and i can't spend much time playing.I would like to play with no hurry , may be one turn a day.

If you are interested on it write a post in this thread or send me an email to my adress: aaronaaronhh@hotmail.com

Sorry I talk english like an orc... but that's what i am.Thank you

    Great idea, wrong forum.

Go to Civ3 - PBEM Forum and I would start with this thread which will provide some guidelines and ideas on how to get started quickly.

    Welcome!

No problem, see you in the PBEM forum!!!

If you want to start a game yourself, just post a new thread stating "New PBEM Game - looking for players" in the Civ3 - PBEM forum.

You are bound to get some responses. More likely than not, one of the new players will have had experience setting up and running a game. They could assist you with the mechanics of getting a game going.

One tip, you might want to post a new message in your thread a few times during the day. If not, the new thread will fall off the front page as their are a lot of PBEM games going on and the newest postings go to the top of the list. You want your solicitation to be visible!

          Good luck!

Burroman, you may also want to consider stepping in as a temporary player on some existing games (for people going on vacation, etc.). It's a good way to get up to speed and into the rhythm.

                  The orcs are often militarists

They would be kind of like the Germans on steroids. Difficult and militant

Even that guy in Warcraft 3, the orc hero? Thrall that's his name. He seems to be a fairly reasonable fellow.
