Civilization 3 editors

Does anyone know of another site that has Civ3 editors available for download? (something where you can change the look of units, buildings, animations, etc.)

I've tried to download some editors in the utilities section, but I keep getting cut off before my download is complete, and therefore the partial file does not work.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure, as I don't use these, but I'd be surprised if you couldn't find any at http://forums.civfanatics.com .
