I think lethal land bombardment on Bombers in C3C is too much. Realistically, there's no way you could entirely empty a major city of defenders by conventional bombing, and I find it rather unbalancing in-game.
You still get people complaining that Arty is too weak. Some people are just too blind to see the light.Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

There is two sides to the issue of course but at this strategic scale, I have a tendency to agree with you.
With reguards to game play, Im not sure if I agree or not...
