  • Speeding up game play?

    I'm trying to create a scenario that will speed up game play to the point where an entire game can be finished in 3-4 hours with a time endpoint of 2050. So far, I haven't yet been able to synchronize time and advances (e.g. It will be 1950 and I'm still working on literacy or running around with chariots and spearmen).

    Any advice or suggestions? (Not wanting to reinvent the wheel, it would be particularly helpful if anyone happened to know of an existent scenario that might suit my needs.)

        There is an option for accelerated production that greatly speeds up the game. Also, increae the cost of settelers and decrease all the other units.
