Tech required to clear Wetlands?

Anyone know off-hand which tech is required to clear wetlands?

I don't think you need any tech to clear a tile.

The manual mentions that you need to research a tech, but does not say which one.

None of the tech shows this function.

The pedia does not list it either.

The editior shows NONE for prereq. It also does not list clear wetlands as an action for workers.

Ok, I just tested it and you can clear wetlands from day one. I made a map with 2 players and place my start (player1) on a hill next to a marsh.

Moved the worker to the marsh tile and next turn was allowed to clear it.

Shift-C is the shortcut to clear wetlands if you can't find the right action button.
