Does improving your palace actually increase it's culture? I just figured it was nice feature, but I've never checked whether it does actually add culture points?

Nah, the idea of the Palace is that you have it how you want it, not to end up with a gaudy mess that some arty type likes.

Hmmm, thats interesting I modded the rules and I do get the throne room improvement screen. I noticed though my completed games dont appear in the Hall of fame.Comment

The palace improvements feature sucks. I disabled it back in Vanilla.Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?
