Okay I think I have what may be a bug.. not sure though
I played a game long ago, activated cultural victory, but when I reached 100,000 culture, the game did not end. It later ended by other means.
Now I just played a game, and the same thing happened.... when I reached 100,000 culture, nothing happened. I was bored so I decided to keep playing and annhilate everyone. Then alovasudden in 1938 while I have 197552 culture the message pops up and tells I have acheived cultural victory. What the heck?
And yes I had more the double the culture of any other rival, and no, none of my cities at that date at just reached 20,000 culture.
