white diamond with a sword..

..beneath a city. what does that mean?

i quick-checked the manual but found no hints or infos.

The sword symbols means you have a barracks in that city.

i mean the symmbol the sword is in, i thought it's called 'diamond', geometrically

I was not sure if you meant that or another symbol. Too bad they did not give a list of all the icons in the game.
