    Problem starting Conquests.

    For the last couple of days I have been getting an error whenever I try to start C3C. It comes in the form of a pop-up and says (at the top) "Error: Createfile(Cdocument number)tmp)"
    Then below it says "Access is denied"
    This just completely closes the program.
    I tried reinstalling and running my virus checker but no joy.
    Can anybody help please?

        1. Did a scandisk and defrag? (My first thought was crosslinked files)
        2. Did a full uninstall before reinstalling? (remove stray files and clean registry)
        3. Don't forget the patches and updates.
        4. Anything odd or unique about your hardware or software?
