Correct File To Download:
-----For Conquests: .BIQ Version
-----For PTW: .BIC Version
-----For vanilla(no expansion packs) Civ3: .BIC Version

*Note that if you have PTW but not Conquests, you will not be able to use the PTW civs in this scenario.
