  • Espionage Question

Is it me or whenever you try to "expose an enemy spy" NEVER WORKS...

    I mean :

    1) do I have the worst luck in history
    2) am I doing something wrong
    3) is this option just useless and leads to losing your spy and possibly war?

It DOES work, but I have found that it only works rarely... as with most espionage actions.

Expose Enemy Spy is especially prone to not work if that country doesn't HAVE a spy in your capital. If you only SUSPECT they have a spy planted ...

Otherwise, having "experienced" spies (fascist or communist government) has a bearing.

Yes, I can see how that might dent your chances of success somewhat

No bug -- game design that has been there for 2-1/2 years! You don't go trying to ferret out spies and espionage plans when there aren't any. Since you are doing this in the opponent's country/capital, they can get really offended.

Even if there has been a spy ive never known it to work (as an experiment the once I reloaded about 8-10 times and eventually did expose said spy)
