I see 18 files in that folder. Do you have CivIII installed? Those files are from the original game.

So I would reinstall CivIII, then C3C and then 1.22 patch.

Thanks for the tip. I shall RE-install Civ3 and see if that helps.

My 'Diplomusic' folder was totally empty!

Which is a shame..because when I'm 'civving' I'm very diplomatic.

      =)

      Lol.

I'll try to re install the original.

      Thanks!

        Eureka!!!

I re-installed Civilization 3 and BINGO...all my sounds are back.

The files everyone's missing ARENT from the Civilization 3: Conquests CD...but from the ORIGINAL copy of Civilization 3.

I recommend re installing Civilization 3. It worked for me.

Also, I'm going to provide all the 'missing MP3' info in a new thread...

        Thanks!!!

        =)

I just got Conquests. I also had some Wav files missing: because of this, the Napoleon and the WW2 conquests wouldn't start. I reinstalled Civ3, but it didn't do the trick. So I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled Civ3. I then checked in the game folder and noticed the Wavs in question were also missing in plain vanilla Civ3. I installed the latest patch, and voilà! Problem fixed. I finally installed Conquests and everything works fine.
