How do you select target units with stealth attack?

Just attack the target as though you were conducting a normal attack. You should then get a pop-up window asking you which unit you want to attack. Select the unit and cross your fingers.

... but understand that the stealth attack function does not work for bombardment units, even though the stealth bomber and fighter (and the F-15?) have them assigned with stock C3C.

Works great for subs, though. You get a list of the units by unit type, no indication of their hit points or cargo.
