Is it possible, with an external program or, at the very least, with a hex-editor, to take a premade BIQ map and, say, chop off a bit of the side? I have Marla's European map, and it is almost perfect for a scenario I'm working on, but I would love even better to have the map end, on the east side, right at the beginning of the Black Sea, so basically chopping off Asia Minor and the easernmost parts of Eurasia; and also chop off a bit from the north, so it ends right above eastonia, and doesn't include Finland (nothing said against Finnish, just a map preference).
So, can it be done? Or can it be done with even a BIC (so I'd have to add in volcanoes and marshes later, of course).
