Where did I go wrong?

In this mod I made, there were three factions. All based off the Japanese.

So I went though the civipedia and pediaicons, erased all but Japanese (and the units I allowed), and exchanged japanese with the three factions.

EG

becomes

#RACE_Hirohito
art\leaderheads\TO.pcx
art\advisors\TO_all.pcx
#RACE_Fugiyama

art\leaderheads\TO.pcx
art\advisors\TO_all.pcx

(I wanted them to all look the same)

and I added the new units through standard procedeur.

In the end, I got... this

(1) your "this" links to the Atari d/l page ....

(2) in the editor, check out the lower left hand corner in the "Civilizations" tab, check out Animations/era -- you need an entry (a) in this tab in general and (b) in that lower left corner for leaderheads to work (i.e., "Art\Flics\To_A01.flc" for "Forward Filename" -- you'll need Forward and Reverse for each era; just C&P from the Japanese).
