I gots me a problem

For every single rule-changing scenario i've ever made, whenever I load it up, half way through the loading, it gives me an error message: File not found: "#". Exactly what in the blue HELL does that mean?!?

I wanna make some mods!

You haven't edited you Pediaicons file most likely. You need to make a copy of it and move it into the folder for the senario you made and add in any new units or resources you add. I'll let someone else get into details.
