    Armies in general have not been thought through, nor playtested, enough.

    My general comment would be, however, that in C3C they are damn powerful, and therefore should be a wee bit harder to actually use than any other unit / unit type.

    For instance, I've always enjoyed the limitations represented by Galleys and Galleons... be careful about how many units you are loading up in that Army!! So I'm OK with not being to airlift them.
    The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

      Couldn't agree more, Theseus. Wanting airlifted armies reminds me of my first C3 days, when I bemoaned MA/MI not being amphibious, having airdrop, being able to load into a helicopter, etc. To hell with realism and game balance, I want to just build my uberunit and roll!
