Human Player Starting Place

Is there a way to designate a specific starting place as being for the Human player? Or is it juck luck of the random number generator?

In the editor you may hit space and select player one, or right click on a placed starting location and select reassign. Seting it to Player1 will make the human player start on it.

You can also use any civ instead of player1 and then select that civ.
