  • Does entering a negative terrain bonus work?

ie putting in -50 or -100 to represent marches or minefields.

When viewed in the game is says +-50 or +-100

My attacking units didn't seem to kill others in these terrains any easier.

I'd say it's pretty certain that works. I have just made a test game where deserts had -100% bonus. Nine Warriors attacked and killed 9 Musketmen without hp loss - with a 0 bonus to defense the odds of this happening would be .2^27 = less than 1/1,000,000,000th of a %

Good, would you know whether landmark terrain defensive bonus's work also. In civ2 they did not.

What do you mean by landmarks? You mean something from those Conquests I haven't tried yet?
