For Firaxis: the best way to do stacked worker actions

Just add in options a preference called Stacked Works.
When it's on, every time you start a worker action, all idle workers at same tile will start it also.

Seams pretty staitforward and is probably easy to implement.

This would be sooooo useful in the mid and late game! Please Firaxis!!

stacked bombard would make my life much easier as well. not as straightforward from a user interface standpoint, but it'd save me a lot of clicking.
