  • Railroads

After taking several cities from a mouthy neighbor, I built railroads to those cities.
However, the rail does not go INTO the city and I must spend 1/3 movement point to get in and out of those cities.

    Thoughts?

It is almost like a building, like a factory, is required before rail is created within the city.

It is a bug that has popped up in C3C. I forget the cure, but I think it is to have the culture expand.

      Railroads

      Thanks.
I played a bit longer, perhaps five turns and the railroad lines just appeared into the city.

I thought it must because there were no content people to build the lines into the city.
Before, the city was automatically upgraded, now I figured the residents had to build the new rails instead.

Since, I have had to slap around other neighbors and the rails appeared leading into the city just as they used to.

I am now thinking it is just a glitch in the program.

Wait 5 turns or so and everything will be ok for the rest of the game.

One could also tear up all the roads and start from scratch. that may work as well, but would most likely take more than five turns.

      Thanks for the help.
