Can anybody email me working file for civilization 3 PTW EDITOR, version 1.21 or 1.27. My stoped working after patch and I do not want to reinstall the whole game. Thank you.

It probably took you more time to write this post than it would have to reinstall the game. It's certainly much quicker than waiting for the email.
