I have 2 questions:

I did a search, couldn't find anything. I read the manual (really!) but I'm missing something:

What is Rate of Fire? I went to build a unit (stealth bomber iirc) and noticed it has a rof of 3.

So it can fire 3 times in one turn? Once every 3 turns?

Also, is there a list of all known keyboard commands?

Rate of Fire is the maximum number of HP's that it will take off the unit it bombards. Note that it may actually do 0, 1, 2 or 3 HP off damage per bombardment of an enemy unit.

Rate of fire refers to how many attacks a bombardment unit can make in one turn of battle. However bombardment units only fight for one turn. Regular military units keep fighting until one is dead and only one "shot" per combat turn. Hope this helps.

It is depicted as multiple shots and you can hear them. Watch some bombaring unit and see the effect of being hit twice for ROF of 2.
