Problem with PediaIcons.txt

I added some new stuff to my conquest.biq, and now I get this (see image) when I try to start a new game.
Any ideas?

Not sure how you can correct this.

Two things. First, don't change the Conquests.biq file - save the changes as something else so you always have an original file to go back to.

Second, when I create new units I can't be bothered to change all the text and Civilopedia entries so I just give the new unit the same PRTO_.... as a similar existing one. I've not had the kind of crash problem you are getting.
