Wonder victory

How do you get a Wonder Victory? I can't find th conditions in the Conquests booklet, the web site, or the Civilpedia, but it's listed in the opening screens and the F8 victory screen.

When ALL available wonders have been built (in the main, epic game that's everything all the way through the modern era) the person with the most completed wonders under their control wins. Kinda goofy for the epic game, but it's the main goal in the Mesopotamia Conquest.

As far as I remember it works in a different way.
It's just a deadline. When all wonders are built, the game ends, and the Civ with most points wins. In the Meso scenario, the Civ with most victory points wins.
